Our Goal
Quality education with a spiritual emphasis is the goal of the New Brighton Christian Assembly Preschool. Our areas of concentration include spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical activities. Such activities will enhance growth in skill, knowledge, and habit in each student.
Our Curriculum
The preschool curriculum is designed to meet the Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards.
The curriculum consists of Gross Motor Activities, Fine Motor Activities, Early Literacy Skills, Pre Math Activities, Science Activities, Social Science Activities, Christian Education Activities and Fine Art Activities. We feel that structured activities are fundamental to sound child development.
Eligibility
To attend the toddler class, the child must be 3 years old by September 1st and be completely toilet trained. Class size will be limited to 16 students, with a teacher and an aide.
To attend the Pre-K Class, the child must be 4 years old by September 1st and be completely toilet trained. Class size will be limited to 16 to 18 students, with a teacher and an aide.
Schedule
Toddler (3 year old class) Thurs & Fri 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Pre-K Class Morning Mon, Tues, Wed 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Pre-K Afternoon Mon, Tues, Wed 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Tuition
Toddler Class $55 per month
Pre-K Class $60 per month
Tuition is due by the 15th of each month. Households with two or more children enrolled will receive a $5.00 discount per month.
Communication
A monthly newsletter will be sent home with the children. The newsletters will include notices of events, and information about the curriculum, classroom activities, and snack lists.
Progress Reports
Progress reports will be sent home in January and May. Parent/Teacher conferences may be scheduled at any time.
