Children’s Ministry (Newborn to 6th Grade)

This dynamic ministry provides fellowship and teaching for infants through 6th grade. The trained staff at NBCA believe that your child is not too young to begin learning, following, and sharing of God’s great love. We provide Sunday and Wednesday services as well as many exciting events: summer camp for 1-6th graders, Vacation Bible School, Christmas musicals, family hayrides, children's fall festival, and much more! Available Classes: Jesus Junction: Noah’s Ark Nursery: newborn – 18 months Terrific Toddlers: 18 months – 3 years Praisin’ Pre/K : 3 years – kindergarten Champions for Christ: 1st – 6th graders

 Youth Ministry (7th to 12th Grade)

Redeem your past, reclaim your present, and fulfill your future! Powersource is a diverse student ministry comprised of Jr. & Sr. High students (7th—12th grade). We meet every Wednesday night from 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM at The Life Center for dynamic worship, teaching, and fun; we offer events every month; and we attend camps, conferences, and retreats all through the year. All this for ONE purpose — to go deeper in our relationship with God! Come check it out!  Doors open at 6:30, so come early!

Young Adults (ages 18 to 29)

Sold out for Jesus describes our Young Adults! Each month we have a Bible Study on the second Thursday of the month and an "Infuse" Worship Service on the last Thursday of the month.  We meet at The Life Center.  We also get together to hang out over food or a fun activity just getting to know each other! Worship Arts Department

Loosed to Praise is the Dramatic Dance Ministry here at NBCA. We minister through various styles of Christian music in our services and for special events. We also minister in other churches and community outreaches. All age groups can join and learn dance like ballet, mime, sign-language, interpretive dance, and human video.  

 Loosed to Praise Kids is the dramatic dance ministry for children in 1st - 6th grades.  

Praise & Worship is always looking for people to join. You can get involved in the Praise Band, Praise Choir, Front Line, Children’s Ministry Teams and Young Adult Teams.

Praise Players Did you know that acting could be a ministry? The mission of “Praise Players” is to minister through drama and to develop God-given talent. Praise Players is for ages 13 and up!  If you like to act, (or would like to give it a try) call the church office to find out how you can get involved.

Summer Arts Camp This dynamic camp is held every year in August for 4 mornings of music, dance, drama, and visual art. It is currently for students going into grades 1st – 6th grade. We love encouraging children to use their gifts and talents that God has given them so they can “shine like stars…..holding out the Word of Life….”

Women’s Ministry

GET CONNECTED with other women in the church and find the support and encouragement you have been looking for!! Every fall we begin “Girl Time” groups whose main purpose is to encourage fellowship and develop godly friendships. In August women are given the opportunity to sign up for the Girl Time group of their choosing. Four times a year we all get together for a Big Event, each with its own theme and purpose! We also reach out through our Service Projects, Retreats, and Fundraisers during the year!

As women, we spend so much of our time ministering to our homes, our families, and our careers. Sometimes we need a little encouragement. Our God is awesome and He delights in pouring His love to and through us by way of a godly friend. Come and GET CONNECTED!

Men’s Ministry

Men of Iron - (Proverbs 27:17)

Get ready for the battle, let the adventure begin!  We can have an impact of "Epic" proportion.

Relational, Relevant, Respectful, Reverant, and Rowdy!!

Join us as we continue our pursuit to be "REAL" men of God in the real world!  

Come to our Men's Breakfast on the first Saturday of each month.  We meet at 8:30 am at Towne Square Restaurant, 518 Third Street, Beaver.  Enjoy a delicious breakfast, great fellowship, and a brief devotional.   Each man will pay for his own breakfast.  

Intercessory Prayer

Intercessory prayer warriors have been meeting in the choir room twice a month on Tuesday mornings at 10:00am. The prayer date and time is listed in the bulletin. We have been interceding for the needs of the church, pastoral staff and all workers. God has been doing a great work as He always does when all needs are bathed in prayer. We invite you to come and join us and expect great things to happen in your life.

Partners in Joy - Christian Recovery Group

Experience deliverance through a Biblically-based 12 Step Bible Study.  Allow God to empower you to walk in deliverance from alcohol, drugs, and other life controlling problems.  Every Monday evening from 7:30 - 8:30 pm.  Childcare is provided.

Garments of Love    -  Free Children's Clothing Distribution

A ministry designed to express the  love of Christ by providing free children's clothing for families in need.

Gently used clothing, sizes infant through young teen, will be accepted Tuesday evenings at The Life Center from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.  Clothes with painted zippers or sequins cannot be accepted.  If you can't make this time, please call Linda Hooks at 724-847-1849 to set up an appointment.

Clothing distributions are held on the last Saturday of each month, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Garments of Love is now on Facebook!   Just search for Garments of Love and become a fan or "like" the Garments of Love page to show support for this ministry.   We'll be updating the page with events and posting pictures so you can follow all of the progress made as we bring people to Christ!
